Job summary

Anduril Industries in Ireland seeks a procurement professional to own the day-to-day transactional and strategic purchasing lifecycle, including RFQs, pricing verification, and PO execution for both planned inventory and ad-hoc buys. You will drive supplier evaluation and optimize vendor performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct procurement or supply chain experience.
• 2+ years with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail in processing POs and invoices.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, SME environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Purchasing: process requisitions, RFQs, POs for planned inventory and ad-hoc buys.
• Monitor order statuses and manage expediting.
• Manage supplier relationships and vendor performance.
• Perform rigorous invoice matching and financial record-keeping.
• Execute counterfeit prevention checks on incoming components.
• Track market trends and lead times to provide insights.
• Prepare executive summaries on procurement efficiency.
