Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a procurement professional to own the day-to-day purchasing lifecycle, from requisitions to purchase orders for inventory and ad-hoc buys.

You will manage supplier relationships, monitor orders, ensure financial accuracy with invoices, perform counterfeit checks, and report KPIs to leadership in a fast-paced SME environment in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management experience.
• 2+ years hands-on ERP experience; Oracle preferred.
• Strong attention to detail handling POs and invoices.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication with international suppliers.
• Willingness to support broader supply chain tasks in SME environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End purchasing: requisitions, RFQs, POs for inventory and ad-hoc buys.
• Monitor order status and expedite or adjust deliveries as needed.
• Manage supplier relationships including contract manufacturers.
• Perform invoice matching and maintain transaction records.
• Execute counterfeit prevention checks and monitor market trends.
• Track KPIs and prepare leadership summaries.
