Job summary

Anduril Industries in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own day-to-day and strategic purchasing across hardware and software, shaping our supply chain.

You will manage requisitions, RFQs, pricing, POs, and supplier relationships, while tracking orders, expediting urgent materials, and enforcing counterfeit prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct procurement experience.
• Minimum of 2 years ERP experience; Oracle preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail processing financial documents, POs, and invoices.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with international suppliers.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle desirable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Purchasing: Process requisitions, RFQs, verify pricing/quantities, and issue POs for planned inventory and ad-hoc buys; no direct reports.
• Order & Logistics Tracking: Monitor order statuses, expedite urgent materials, adjust deliveries as needed.
• Supplier & Relationship Management: Serve as primary contact for key vendors, manage performance, resolve delivery issues, handle RMAs.
• Financial & Document Control: Perform invoice matching and maintain transaction records for audit.
• Quality & Risk Mitigation: Conduct counterfeit prevention checks on incoming components.
• Market Intelligence & Cost Control: Track market trends and lead times; identify cost-avoidance opportunities.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor KPIs and prepare executive summaries for leadership.

About the Team

The Procurement team is responsible for the end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of critical hardware and software components, managing a complex network of global IT and hardware suppliers in a fast-paced environment. We are the operational backbone of the division-focused maximizing cost-efficiencies, executing seamless SAP transactions, enforcing strict counterfeit prevention protocols and ensuring full material availability. About the Job

In this role, you will own the day-to-day transactional and strategic purchasing lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• End-to-End Purchasing: Process requisitions, generate Requests for Quotations (RFQs), verify pricing/quantities, and execute Purchase Orders (POs) for both planned inventory and ad-hoc, one-time buys. Handles complex contracting, supplier evaluation, and vendor optimization without direct personnel management duties.
• Order & Logistics Tracking: Monitor order statuses closely, managing expediting requests for urgent materials and postponing deliveries when inventory levels require adjustment.
• Supplier & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key vendors with emphasis with Contract manufacturers, managing supplier performance, resolving delivery issues, and handling the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
• Financial & Document Control: Perform rigorous invoice matching, maintain meticulous records of all transactions, and ensure absolute financial accuracy to support audit compliance.
• Quality & Risk Mitigation: Execute counterfeit prevention checks on incoming components to protect supply chain integrity.
• Market Intelligence & Cost Control: Track market trends and lead times to provide actionable insights to leadership. Actively identify and execute cost-avoidance and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs, preparing executive summaries for leadership to highlight procurement efficiency and bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management (manufacturing, electronics, or IT hardware sectors preferred).
• Systems Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on ERP experience, preferred experience with Oracle.
• Data Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to process complex financial documents, POs, and invoices without errors.
• Drive & Efficiency: A self-motivated professional who thrives in an active, fast-paced supply chain environment and can work independently to meet deadlines.
• Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional relations with international suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Adaptability: A collaborative "can-do" attitude, willing to support broader supply chain tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a growing SME environment.
• SAP and Oracle are desirable

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
