Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager – Fuze Services to lead supplier relationships, optimize inventory with SAP, and drive cost efficiencies across the supply chain. This onsite role collaborates with Planning, Production, Warehouse, NPI, Engineering and Finance to ensure uninterrupted goods flow.

The incumbent will apply Lean methodologies to reduce waste, manage KPIs, and mentor team members. Salary range aligns with €75,000–€80,000 with benefits.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Management or Materials Management (healthcare/medical device/high-tech manufacturing preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
• ERP/MRP systems experience; SAP is required.
• Experience managing vendor KPIs, negotiating contracts, and driving cost savings.
• Lean methodologies knowledge (Kaizen, VSM, CI).

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Vendor Management & Negotiation: manage supplier relationships, conduct VBRs, track KPIs and resolve issues.
• MRP, Inventory & Operational Execution: process vendor commodities, monitor lead times, update supplier forecasts in SAP, resolve discrepancies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Logistics: coordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance; support Logistics and Trade Compliance.
• Continuous Improvement & Quality Management: lead Lean initiatives, ensure QMS adherence, track metrics and OKRs.
• Leadership & Team Mentorship: mentor procurement team and execute strategic projects.
