Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing, supplier relations and commercial negotiations within a dynamic operations team based in Ireland. You will manage sourcing, quotations, orders and inventory while driving cost reductions and value for the business.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement or supply chain management, strong negotiation and stakeholder collaboration skills, and a track record of improving procurement processes in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with proven negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities from supplier sourcing and quotation through to order placement and delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring competitive pricing, quality and reliable service.
• Lead commercial negotiations and identify opportunities to improve value, reduce costs and strengthen supplier performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, plan purchasing activity and resolve supply-related issues.
• Monitor procurement activity and inventory levels, producing reports and identifying opportunities for process and operational improvements.
