Job summary

PHX Ireland Group is seeking a Procurement professional to manage daily supplier relationships, analyze market trends, and translate insights into commercial offerings. You will work with the Head of Commercial Procurement to plan strategy and support the rollout of changes to customers, ensuring best price and margins across the business.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail or commercial buying with strong MS Excel skills and a keen commercial mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level qualification in business or equivalent preferred.
Proven supplier relationship management skills.
Ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
Strong commercial acumen with detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day supplier relationships across generic, parallel trade and brand equalisation.
Analyze trends and translate into commercial offerings.
Support rollout of commercial changes to customers.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure best price and margin.
Assist retail teams to follow procurement preferences using insights from reports.
Set up and implement supplier agreements to deliver budgeted margins.
