Job summary

Speed Fibre Group is seeking a Senior Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end procurement across direct and indirect spend. You’ll partner with internal stakeholders and external partners, lead cost-saving initiatives and ensure governance and compliance across projects.

You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and provide monthly performance metrics while promoting the company’s values and operating within a hybrid Dublin work model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a procurement role.
• Experience in the Telecommunications / ICT market, SME sector.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Ability to influence, align views and gain consensus.
• Strong communication skills, with excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience with ERP / financial systems.
• Ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify cost savings initiatives to drive value across procurement activities.
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for all categories, direct and indirect.
• Lead procurement activities as a senior point of contact and decision maker.
• Ensure procurement aligns with policies, including governance and compliance.
• Represent procurement in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Source and onboard suppliers; manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Lead contract and operational spend negotiations as required.
• Prepare and present monthly reports/metrics.
• Champion company values and participate in governance activities.
