Job summary

Circle K Procurement and Brands Ltd. is seeking a Global Procurement Specialist to analyze vendor performance, review purchasing data and manage supplier relationships.

The role focuses on cost-effective sourcing, high quality, and sustainable partnerships that drive revenue growth and gross profit. You will build Excel models, support negotiations, and create regular supplier management reports while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver savings and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, or procurement analytics role.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to break down pricing into cost drivers.
• Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Azure cubes & SAP Ariba.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor performance and purchasing data to identify savings opportunities.
• Build structured Excel models to support negotiations and scenario planning.
• Develop and maintain supplier reports and category productivity analyses.
• Coordinate with procurement network and business units to ensure data accuracy and contract compliance.
• Driving process improvements and change to deliver measurable savings.
