Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is establishing a Global Procurement Services function in Dublin and seeks a data-driven analytics professional to support spend analysis, category strategy, supplier performance, and risk analytics. The role reports to the Reporting & Analytics Manager and collaborates with procurement leadership.

Based in Dublin, the role offers exposure to transformation initiatives and advanced analytics technologies within a global team.

Qualifications

• 3rd level qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a Shared Service Centre with multinational publicly quoted company is preferred.
• 3+ years of Purchase to Pay processes experience.
• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze spend across direct/indirect materials, services and capex to identify cost reduction and value opportunities.
• Build and maintain TCO and should-cost models for supplier negotiations.
• Maintain savings pipeline dashboards and distinguish negotiated vs realized savings.
• Provide analyses to support Category Managers and strategic sourcing decisions.
• Develop centralized library of analytical tools and best practices.
