Howden Ireland seeks a Portfolio Solutions Manager to lead the development and execution of placement strategy and insurer engagement. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape portfolio solutions and drive delivery, while ensuring governance across activities.

Based in Dublin, you will bring 8+ years in portfolio management or placement, strong data analysis, and a collaborative, client‑focussed approach.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, placement, or scheme roles.
• Experience in market engagement, presentation, and high impact document delivery.
• Experience analysing datasets to assess profitability, scalability, viability, and opportunity scope.
• Demonstrable experience delivering portfolio initiatives across the lifecycle from start‑up to benefits realization.
• Awareness of compliance and regulatory environments.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and define portfolio and scheme strategy with stakeholders.
• Deliver projects and contribute to other initiatives as required.
• Support growth of new business through placement strategies and insurer relationships.
• Provide management information to senior leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive portfolio documentation and KPIs.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance across activities.
