Chanelle Pharma is seeking a PMO Lead to drive execution of a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives across digital transformation, operations and expansion. Reporting to the EVP, Head of Corporate Development, you will shape delivery governance and partner with executives to translate strategy into action.

The role requires 8+ years in portfolio management, strong stakeholder influence, and hands-on leadership of 3–5 project managers.

Qualifications

8+ years in project, programme, or portfolio management.
Experience delivering cross-functional transformation initiatives.
Experience presenting to Executive Committees or Boards.
Background in strategy or transformation consulting or pharma/medtech industries.

Responsabilités

Align the portfolio with evolving corporate priorities and allocate resources accordingly.
Oversee the integrated portfolio, manage interdependencies and risks.
Establish and drive execution cadence with rolling 90-day milestones and planning cycles.
Hold sponsors and managers accountable for planning, ownership, budgets and milestones.
Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional problem-solving to maintain momentum.
Maintain a consolidated portfolio performance view with milestones, budgets and risks.
Lead portfolio reviews, Executive Committee reporting and board updates.
