Job summary

Tuath Housing Association in Dublin City Centre is seeking a People Business Partner to provide trusted, business-facing People support to leaders and teams. You will strengthen organisational effectiveness with high-quality advice, case management and practical people solutions.

You will work with the Chief People Officer to drive workforce planning, engagement and capability development, supporting growth and responsible governance within a committed housing charity.

Qualifications

• At least five years of progressive generalist HR or People experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Irish employment practices and policies.
• Experience partnering with managers and leaders to drive people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted, business-facing People support to designated leaders, managers and teams.
• Advise on employee relations, performance, engagement and organisational change.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and capability development.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Chief People Officer and People Team.
• Contribute to workforce data, reporting and risk management.
