Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking an Operations Delivery Analyst to support the delivery of strategic initiatives and reporting within the Asset Operations framework in Ireland. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop performance metrics and ensure effective governance and risk management across the function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in water, utilities or similar industries.
• Proven ability to develop performance metrics and KPIs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Delivery Team in delivering strategic initiatives and reporting.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs for the function.
• Establish and operate governance structures and risk management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Asset Operations, HR, Health & Safety, Facilities and Finance.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Support employee engagement and learning initiatives across the function.
