Job summary

IBEC in Limerick is seeking a Network Manager, Engineering Skillnet to lead the network's strategic direction, grow membership, and coordinate activities across industry, academia and government.

Reporting to leadership, you will manage operations, budget, compliance, and data systems (Navision, Sonraí), while delivering high-impact training programs and events to strengthen Ireland's engineering sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business or related field.
• 5+ years in project/operational leadership or workforce development.
• Experience with public and industry funding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead network strategy, growth, and member recruitment across sectors.
• Oversee governance, financial management, procurement, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Steering Committee and key stakeholders.
