Job summary

Talent Smart is seeking a Marketing Sourcing Manager in Dublin to lead sourcing strategies across advertising, digital marketing and market research, and to drive supplier negotiations and contract structuring. You will collaborate with finance, legal and marketing teams to optimise commercial frameworks, develop pricing models and present recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience in Sourcing & Procurement, particularly within Marketing.
• Strong experience across advertising, digital marketing and/or research procurement.
• Experience working with marketing agencies, advertising agencies or major digital media suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations with suppliers and service providers, including establishing new supplier relationships.
• Develop sourcing strategies designed to achieve competitive costs and high-quality service.
• Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and optimise contracts and commercial frameworks.
• Develop pricing recommendations based on detailed financial analysis and business-case development.
• Prepare clear presentations and recommendations for senior management.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve commercial issues in partnership with technical, finance and other internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define business requirements and agree appropriate commercial approaches.
• Develop and support procurement documentation including RFPs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Letters of Authorisation (LOAs) and contract-related documentation.
• Act as a trusted adviser to business stakeholders, developing sourcing strategies that support business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and understand their priorities and ongoing requirements.
• Manage contract performance and administration, including spend, renewals, amendments and terminations.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, Tax and other relevant functions to ensure contracts are appropriately structured and executed.
• Prepare deal documentation and compliance materials to support contract approvals and execution.
• Contribute to operational reviews and provide commercial insight to senior leadership.
• Represent the organisation at relevant industry forums, associations and events where required.
• Support wider Strategic Sourcing and Procurement initiatives as required.
• Some travel may be required to support supplier and stakeholder relationships.
