Job summary

XML International is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager for Advertising, Brand & Marketing Services in Dublin or Limerick, Ireland. The role sits in a hybrid model (2–3 days onsite) and focuses on strategic procurement across marketing services globally.

You will lead sourcing across advertising, branding, market research, print, media and sponsorship, manage supplier negotiations and run RFP/RFQ processes with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Services categories such as advertising, branding, market research, print, media or sponsorship.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and SOWs.
• Ability to analyse complex pricing and commercial models.

• Support contract renewals, amendments and supplier performance

Strategic Sourcing Manager – Advertising, Brand & Marketing Services

Dublin or Limerick, Ireland – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

We are seeking a commercially focused Strategic Sourcing Manager to support a global Marketing Sourcing function across a diverse portfolio of marketing services.

The category will include areas such as Advertising, Branding, Market Research, Print, Media, Sponsorship and related Marketing Services.

This is an opportunity to manage significant supplier relationships and commercial negotiations within a large-scale global marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing activities across Marketing Services categories
• Manage sourcing activity covering areas such as advertising, branding, research, print, sponsorship and media

What we're looking for

• Strategic sourcing, procurement, category management or relevant commercial experience
• Exposure to Marketing Services categories such as advertising, branding, research, print, media or sponsorship
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and SOWs
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience
• Ability to understand complex pricing and commercial models
• Experience operating within a global or large-scale organisation would be beneficial

Candidates with broader Indirect Procurement or Professional Services sourcing experience alongside demonstrable Marketing category exposure are also encouraged to apply.

Typical working hours are approximately 10am–6pm to support global stakeholders.
