Job summary

Sanderson is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead strategic supplier relationships and commercial negotiations across the Marketing category. The role focuses on advertising, digital marketing, market research services, and related agency procurement.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional sourcing projects, develop business cases, and present strategies to senior leadership in a large corporate environment based in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement in the Marketing category.
• Strong experience across advertising, digital marketing, media, market research or agency procurement.
• Background working within a large corporate environment, marketing agency, advertising agency or major digital media organisation.
• Proven expertise in commercial negotiations, supplier management and contract development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with global suppliers and service providers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and establish contracting frameworks that deliver value and reduce risk.
• Identify contract improvement opportunities to drive better commercial performance.
• Draft and manage sourcing documentation including RfPs, SoW and related agreements.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing projects from requirements to contract execution.
• Present recommendations and commercial strategies to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Manage contract lifecycle activities including renewals, amendments, spend analysis and supplier performance reviews.
• Support broader procurement and sourcing initiatives as required.
