Qualifications

• Strong valuation and financial statements analysis knowledge.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to the US is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deal sourcing and screening of potential targets based on strategic fit and valuation.
• Build and maintain complex financial models and validate assumptions.
• Identify M&A opportunities and assess industry trends.
• Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational areas.
• Support deal documentation review and closing activities.
• Attend senior management meetings and maintain deal trackers.
• Take detailed notes in meetings with potential targets.
