Job summary

ZenaTech is expanding in Ireland and is looking for an Agricultural Sales Development Representative who understands farming, connects with farmers and can turn market opportunities into new business. The role is located on-site in Cork, with an additional opportunity in Dunboyne, County Meath.

You will help grow the agricultural business in Ireland by building relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses, identifying new opportunities and developing a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong agricultural background, ideally raised on a farm or with hands-on farming experience.
• Strong understanding of farming practices and needs of farmers.
• Sales, business development or lead generation experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive customer outreach.
• Commercial mindset and strong research skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with farmers, agricultural businesses and industry stakeholders.
• Identify and qualify new customers and business opportunities.
• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email, social selling and networking.
• Understand customer needs and identify relevant technology-driven opportunities.
• Conduct market research and identify key decision-makers.
• Nurture prospects and manage inbound leads.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in our CRM.
• Meet agreed sales development and pipeline targets.

We are expanding in Ireland and are looking for someone who understands farming, connects naturally with farmers and can turn market opportunities into new business.

Location: Cork, Ireland (on-site)

This position is also available in Dunboyne, County Meath, Ireland.

Your Role

As an Agricultural Sales Development Representative, you will help grow our agricultural business in Ireland by building relationships with farmers and agricultural businesses, identifying new opportunities and developing a strong sales pipeline.
