Job summary

Maynooth University is seeking a Senior Undergraduate Student Recruitment Manager – Undergraduate (EU) to lead the Undergraduate Recruitment team and advance the CAO recruitment strategy. The role includes oversight of outreach across schools and FE sectors, as well as managing communications and CRM-driven engagement with prospective students and stakeholders.

The postholder will provide strategic leadership, monitor recruitment performance, and collaborate with Marketing, academic departments

• Experience in undergraduate student recruitment and CAO processes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Undergraduate Student Recruitment team.
• Oversee outreach, engagement and relationship management with schools, FE providers and guidance counsellors.
• Coordinate recruitment activities: Open Days, campus visits, exhibitions and information sessions.
• Oversee communications for undergraduates, including prospectus and CRM-led messaging.
• Analyse recruitment performance, CAO trends and market intelligence to inform strategy.
