Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, DEC Supply Chain Capability Lead in Ireland to drive cross-channel digital excellence, platform health, and governance for Global Supply Chain digital products.

You will lead a high-performing team, align platform Roadmaps with business priorities, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with architecture, data, and AI initiatives to enable scalable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive leadership in delivering or managing Technical Operations related systems and products.
• Pharma experience required in Technical Operations solutions and related domains.
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments including audit management and validation.
• Ownership of digital platforms supporting Technical Operations and regulated operations.
• Strong enterprise mindset balancing functional needs with product delivery and long-term value.
• Product-oriented leader delivering measurable, value-based outcomes.
• Trusted advisor to business leaders with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Translate business priorities into clear plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes across Global Supply Chain.
• Prioritize enhancements with stakeholders to meet functional needs and manage tradeoffs.
• Mature the product operating model with governance and prioritization for Supply Chain platforms.
• Oversee day-to-day health and evolution of platforms supporting Supply Chain.
• Ensure platforms operate in line with GxP and other regulated requirements including validation and audit readiness.
• Maintain strong controls related to security, data integrity, access and change management.
• Monitor risks and drive actions to improve platform stability, resilience and compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of capability leaders and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with architecture, delivery, and business teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Support integration planning and data standards across Technical Operations platforms and enable AI features within products.
