Job summary

This role partners across Clinical, Non-Clinical, Operations, Finance, Legal, Technology, Analytics, and Executive Leadership to ensure governance and execution excellence.

The position offers hybrid work in Ireland, with potential office days in Dublin or Letterkenny and home-based telecommuting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Proven experience in healthcare, managed care, affordability, reimbursement policy, or related areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs, portfolios, or transformations.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience developing executive governance materials and business recommendations.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong business communication.

• Own affordability concepts from intake through deployment and value realization.
• Maintain accountability for concept progression, stakeholder alignment, governance readiness, and realization of outcomes.
