Job summary

Abbott Diabetes Care Kilkenny is seeking a Talent Development & Learning Specialist to develop and execute L&D strategies, programmes and systems that build organizational capability, enhance performance, and support current and future business objectives.

Partner with site, divisional and corporate leaders to identify development needs, create multi-year roadmaps, manage learning systems and budgets, coach managers and employees, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Learning and Development or equivalent.
• Experience aligning L&D strategies with organizational objectives.
• Experience with LMS and learning analytics.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ability to design and deliver development programmes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to assess capability needs and develop learning strategies.
• Build relationships across site, divisional and corporate functions to share best practices.
• Develop multi-year L&D roadmaps to support capability building and high-performance objectives.
• Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Develop coaching resources and guide managers and employees on learning opportunities.
• Manage learning systems, curricula and training records for accuracy and compliance.
