Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience in engineering, project management, or operations.
• Experience with medical devices or regulated sectors is preferred.
• Knowledge of RCA and PFMEA processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support for manufacturing nonconformances using RCA.
• Govern engineering aspects of risk management including pfMEA alignment.
• Plan and conduct small- to medium-sized projects within engineering.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Maintain project controls for cost, scope and schedule.
• Perform economic analysis and study feasibility of project options.
• Benchmark internally and externally to anticipate future directions.
• Monitor environmental changes and plan for potential scenarios.
• Lead investigations and action plans to address product/process nonconformances.
• Design and lead complex experiments; analyze data and report findings.
• Create/modify designs and write detailed specs for components.
• Communicate with diverse stakeholders and mentor team members.
