Job summary

Uniphar Group in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Key Account Executive to support day-to-day management of customer accounts with a strong focus on service excellence and relationship building.

You will coordinate account activities, prepare reports, and support onboarding of new customers while collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and cross-functional teams. This hybrid role offers office-based work four days a week with one day from home.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1 year's experience in a customer service, sales support, account management, administration, or client-facing role.
• Experience in distribution, healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics, or supply chain environments would be advantageous but not essential.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with data and preparing reports.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts, providing excellent service and support.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support the Account Management team in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer queries and requests in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Assist with customer review meetings by preparing reports, presentations, and relevant account information.
• Support the onboarding of new customers and help coordinate account-specific requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs and ensure a positive customer experience.
