Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment seeks an Inside Sales / Key Account Executive to join our North Cork based food production client. You will manage existing accounts, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure top‑notch service delivery.

The role emphasises strategic planning, client retention, and launching new SKUs on schedule. You will identify growth opportunities, maintain client relationships, and provide regular performance reporting while leveraging CRM tools and MS Office

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, sales or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive expansion.
• Analytical mindset focused on improving efficiency and performance.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve account efficiency, streamline processes, and increase value for clients.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow revenue within each account.
• Drive sales and actively seek new business opportunities to acquire new customers and expand product ranges in current customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address client needs promptly.
• Project manage new product launches and launch new SKUs on time.
• Analyse account performance and provide regular reporting to clients on sales forecasts and growth metrics.
• Conduct regular store-level check-ins to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
