Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Consultant, Strategic Initiatives & Continuous Improvement to lead cross-functional projects and drive operational excellence across HR Operations. Qualifications

Experience in Operations/Shared Services or Continuous Improvement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and continuous improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risk.
Facilitate process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.
Analyse operational data and develop insights to support decision-making.
Support the implementation of technology, automation, AI, and self-service solutions.
Develop business cases, project plans, governance materials, and executive presentations.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
Partner with HR, Technology, Risk, and business stakeholders to drive change and adoption.
