Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Procurement to lead strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationships across indirect spend.

You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and Digital teams to align demand, renewals, and cost governance while driving value and risk management. The role requires significant experience in biotech/pharma procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years Procurement experience with progressive responsibility, at least 5 years in indirect category management.
• Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and skills including the ability to tailor communication to varying levels.
• Commercially astute with strong planning and analytical skills, including financial modelling, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The role will support categories such as Professional Services, Consulting, Contingent Workforce/ Temporary Labor, HR Services, and Corporate Functions, while maintaining the agility to support cross-functional sourcing projects as enterprise priorities evolve.
