Job summary

AstraZeneca in Ireland seeks a strategic leader to define and deliver AI‑ready data products, AI tools, agents, and orchestration across operations and supply chain. Based in Cork or Dublin, you will translate priorities into pragmatic roadmaps and govern data, AI assets, and workflows for scalable automation.

You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and compliance, embedding responsible AI and ensuring solutions are trusted, secure, explainable, and fit‑for‑purpose.

Qualifications

• Experience governing data products and/or AI-enabled products across the lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business priorities into practical standards, controls, and adoption pathways.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with complexity and uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve strategy for AI-ready data products and AI assets.
• Operationalize governance standards for AI products, tools, agents, and orchestration.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps; lead delivery from inception to maturity with milestones and value realization.
• Own and prioritize feature backlogs; collaborate with architects, analysts, and engineers.
• Participate in enterprise governance from idea intake to deployment and retirement.
• Lead AI readiness assessments for data products and business processes.
• Define quality criteria for AI-enabled solutions and monitor drift or degradation.
