Job summary

iiM GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide HR support at the Cork site, handling employee relations, change management and local people priorities. You will coordinate global and regional initiatives, organise global events and collaborate with HR partners across geographies to ensure execution and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
• Experience as HR Business Partner/HR Generalist/HR Programme Manager or similar in multinational or matrixed organisation.
• Strong experience in employee relations and knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from design through implementation.
• Experience in programme design, process mapping or organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Ability to support senior leaders and drive complex initiatives.
• Experience coordinating change, communications and employee engagement programmes.
• Strong project management and organisational skills; able to coordinate multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Senior Director of HR to support the development, planning and execution of strategic HR priorities and wider organisational initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, programmes, implementation roadmaps and measurable deliverables.
• Lead and drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across HR, business functions and global and regional teams.
• Provide project leadership and coordination to ensure initiatives progress effectively from concept and design through implementation, communication and evaluation.
• Prepare presentations, project updates, recommendations and progress reports to support leadership discussions and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness, improve processes and strengthen collaboration across teams and functions.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies and barriers to delivery, recommending solutions and escalating issues as appropriate.
