Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Procurement Manager – Fuze Services to lead supplier relationships, optimize inventory and drive cost efficiencies across the supply chain. You will collaborate with Planning, Production, Warehouse, NPI, Engineering, and Finance to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires deep SAP/ERP expertise, Lean experience, and a proven track record in procurement leadership. This onsite position is based at Northern Cross, Dublin 11, with a strong emphasis on KPI-driven

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, or Materials Management (healthcare/medtech/high-tech preferred)
ERP/MRP experience with SAP required
Experience managing vendor KPIs and driving cost-saving programs
Lean tools knowledge: Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, CI

Responsibilities

Initiate, execute, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure high-quality delivery
Manage regular Vendor Business Reviews (VBRs) and KPI tracking
Oversee vendor MT and procurement tasks to support MRP planning
Collaborate with Planning, Warehouse, Engineering, Logistics and Finance
Lead Lean initiatives (VSM/Kaizen) to drive waste elimination and improvements
Mentor and develop procurement team members
