Qualifications

• Senior commercial leader with Director or Executive level experience.
• Proven track record of securing multi-million-euro B2B contracts in FMCG/food sectors.
• Experience leading tenders, RFPs and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-growth commercial strategy.
• Identify and secure large-scale B2B opportunities across markets.
• Lead tenders and competitive bid processes from opportunity to award.
• Oversee complex negotiations on pricing, volume, margins, and terms.
• Build relationships with CEOs and senior decision-makers.
• Develop a strong pipeline of strategic partnerships and opportunities.
• Ensure commercial viability with Finance, Operations and LT.
