Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a Financial Services Tax Associate Director to join its growing FS tax team. You will lead a team delivering complex tax solutions across asset management, banking, securitisation, aviation finance, leasing, insurance and fintech.

You will develop clients, identify opportunities for additional work, manage multiple advisory and compliance projects, and contribute to the growth of the FS tax practice.

Qualifications

• ATT/ACA/ACCA or CTA qualification.
• Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in FS tax.
• Strong technical knowledge and client growth capability.
• Ability to work on own initiative and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team providing FS tax services to clients across asset management, banking, securitisation, aviation finance, leasing, insurance and fintech.
• Support client transactions, compliance obligations and tax strategy assessments.
• Oversee multiple advisory and compliance projects, meeting deadlines and billing.
• Drive growth by managing existing clients and pursuing new opportunities.
