Job summary

Howden Ireland is seeking an ambitious Financial Planning Advisor to join the Life & Pensions Advisory team. The role focuses on identifying client needs, delivering tailored financial planning solutions, and maximising sales opportunities across life assurance, pensions, investments and protection.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will develop and maintain client relationships, manage a strong pipeline, and ensure compliance with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Life & Pensions, Financial Planning, or Wealth Management.
• Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, protection, investments, and planning solutions.
• CFP, RPA, SIA or similar qualifications are desirable.
• Solid client engagement, sales focus, and regulatory compliance understanding.
