Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland is seeking an ambitious Operations Controller to drive operational efficiency, oversight of finances, and strategic planning across ROI, NI, and the UK. You will partner with CFOs and General Managers to translate financial insights into business decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in financial controlling, a Master’s degree in Finance or related field, and professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in financial controlling, P&L management, and operational finance.
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification preferred.
Strong hands-on knowledge of P&L analysis, forecasting, variance analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering & Planning M&A and Tender Integration across Ireland and the UK.
Coordinate rolling plan and forecast (RPR) aligning strategy with targets.
Monitor performance and propose commercial solutions.
Deliver analyses of revenue, margin and cost performance.
Produce management reporting with narrative commentary for leadership.
Forecasting and analysis of trading trends and conditions.
CAPEX control and investment diagnostics within budget.
Oversee asset lifecycle write-offs and scrapping validation.
Manage monthly pricing reviews and ERP pricing setups.
Design and refine processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
