Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
• Strong background in financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other project-based environments is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel and finance systems knowledge; ERP experience viewed favourably.
• Commercially astute, proactive and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, financial reports, and key performance insights.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities across the business.
• Oversee financial controls, statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit processes.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial analysis and support strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy and governance.
