Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for External Manufacturing Procurement Strategy & Warehousing Initiatives. Based in Zug, Geel/Beerse, Cork, Ireland, or Leiden, Netherlands, the role leads strategic procurement programs across a global supplier landscape, partnering with EM leadership to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive warehousing and capacity projects, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure governance for value delivery across the EM portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Significant experience in strategy or procurement, supply chain, or warehousing.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix.
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with data-driven approach.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with portfolio management and analytics is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs within External Manufacturing Procurement.
Own the EM portfolio of strategic initiatives with defined outcomes and milestones.
Directly lead selected initiatives from scoping to implementation with accountable outcomes.
Drive warehousing, capacity and logistics initiatives within the EM portfolio.
Provide executive-ready recommendations involving investments, supplier engagement or operating-model changes.
Shape recommendations balancing capacity flexibility, cost-to-serve, service and risk.
