Job summary

You will supervise complex technical programs, apply structured problem solving and statistics, and coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure launch readiness and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Ph.D./M.S./B.S. in a chemical/biotech discipline and relevant pharma experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex drug product manufacturing, process development, tech transfer, validation, and lifecycle management.
• Experience across global manufacturing networks including internal sites and CMOs.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Knowledge of GMP, Regulatory CMC submissions, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical lifecycle strategies and roadmaps for products and manufacturing networks.
• Oversee technology transfers, validation programs, and process optimization initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and investment considerations for portfolio projects.
• Provide senior scientific leadership and governance across programs and sites.
• Lead investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and issue resolution.
