Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Director, Commercial Technical Operations in Dublin. This role leads the commercial product technical stewardship, manufacturing support, lifecycle management, and technology transfer across the manufacturing network to ensure continuity of supply.

You will partner with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and external CMOs, shaping the future-state Technical Operations organization and developing leadership across our manufacturing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in pharma/biopharma manufacturing in GMP environments.
• Experience in product stewardship, lifecycle management, process validation, tech transfer, and manufacturing investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Technical Operations function and establish the future-state operating model.
• Provide portfolio-level technical leadership across product stewardship, manufacturing support, lifecycle management, technology transfer, and continuity-of-supply programs.
• Maintain accountability for technical governance of commercial manufacturing operations and lifecycle execution.
• Oversee technology transfers, CMO technical assessment, site onboarding, manufacturing readiness, and capacity expansion.
• Ensure partnership with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Develop organizational capability, succession planning, and scalable resource models.
• Provide executive visibility of product health, manufacturing risks, and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a member of the Technical Operations leadership team.
