Job summary

Keenova in Dublin is seeking a Laboratory Manager to oversee the efficient, compliant operation of engineering labs and storage. You will manage equipment, quality systems, and EHS, enabling medical device product development in GxP and non-GxP environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science or related technical discipline with extensive GxP experience.
• Deep knowledge of quality systems, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of lab equipment, including IQ/OQ/PQ and CSV.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and maintain SOPs and documentation.
• Oversee EHS compliance and incident investigations.
• Coordinate with QA, Facilities, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen in lab operations.
