Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, chemistry, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of pharma/biopharma GMP manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing external CMOs and technology transfer programs.
• Strong leadership across Technical Operations and related functions.
• Experience with lifecycle management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Technical Operations function and establish the future-state operating model.
• Provide portfolio-level technical leadership across product stewardship and lifecycle management.
• Oversee tech transfers, site onboarding, and capacity expansion programs.
• Ensure partnership with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Develop capability, succession plans, and scalable resource models.
• Provide executive visibility of product health and manufacturing risks.
