Job summary

Walls Construction is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract administration and commercial management across projects in Ireland. You will interpret contracts, manage claims and variations, and work with project teams, clients and procurement to protect the company's position and ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include risk management, governance, notices, and maintaining robust contract records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management in construction.
• Knowledge of standard forms and change control (e.g. JCT, NEC).
• Strong ability to assess variations, claims and notices.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration for assigned projects.
• Provide commercial and contractual advice to teams and clients.
• Prepare notices, claims, variation notices and correspondence.
• Assess variations, compensation events and claims; support negotiations.
• Administer subcontract and supply agreements; monitor milestones and payments.
• Maintain contract registers and risk logs; ensure audit-ready records.
