Job summary

The Housing Agency invites applications for Head of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement in Dublin. The post holder will lead strategic communications and stakeholder engagement to support the agency's strategy, protect reputation, and enhance housing policy delivery.

Qualifications

Recognised qualification at Level 8 on the NFQ in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related discipline.
Experience advising senior executives on communications strategy and messaging.
Senior leadership experience with responsibility for planning and delivery of large programmes.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of the Housing Agency's corporate communications strategy.
Oversee media relations, crisis management, and public messaging.
Drive stakeholder engagement across government, local authorities and housing bodies.
Ensure digital channels are aligned with governance and accessibility standards.
Manage budgets, governance, and performance reporting for communications activity.
