Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect to build trusted relationships with c-level executives and technical decision makers in the mid-market to drive growth with Stripe’s payments and platform solutions. You’ll design business models and architectures that unlock monetization opportunities, guiding customers from discovery to deployment while acting as a trusted advisor across Stripe’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

4+ years in a customer-facing engineering role in fin-tech/payments or enterprise software.
Experience presenting and architecting solutions for customers.
Proficiency in at least two deployment languages (Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, etc.).
Excellent written and oral communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to map business needs to Stripe solutions (payments, SaaS, Banking-as-a-Service).

Responsibilities

Build executive relationships with CIO/CTO/COO and other leaders.
Translate customer objectives into Stripe solution architectures and monetization opportunities.
Deliver demos, respond to RFPs, and advocate Stripe products.
Collaborate with GTM, product, and marketing to craft EBC briefings for mid-market accounts.
Partner with services and alliances to accelerate activations and adoption.
Travel ~25% to engage with customers in person.
