Job summary

Core is seeking a Client Director to lead client relationships and own the deployment of media strategy from planning through delivery. You will guide the team, manage timelines and budgets, and drive innovation in media partnerships to solve client challenges.

The role requires strong leadership, client service excellence, and the ability to collaborate across Practice areas to maximise value for clients.

Qualifications

• Previous media experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience managing a team of people.
• Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience project managing large scale, complex media campaigns is essential.
• High level of business and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Be the client lead for clients, owning the delivery of media strategy from planning to execution.
• Oversee day-to-day delivery, timelines, budgets and quality assurance across campaigns.
• Lead pitches and collaboration with key media owners to secure innovative partnerships.
• Manage and develop direct reports, driving performance reviews and growth.
• Represent the agency at events and coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve client problems.
