Job summary

Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Education and Training Board invites applications for the role of Chief Executive. The appointee will lead the ETB, directing the executive team and ensuring the delivery of services across the FET sector in accordance with statutory requirements.

The role reports to the Board and will coordinate with government bodies and sector stakeholders to drive reform and regional planning, including a robust financial strategy to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the ETB executive team and oversee the implementation of the strategic plan.
• Ensure delivery of services and activities in line with governance and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with the Board, sector stakeholders and government bodies to drive reform and regional planning in the FET sector.
• Develop and manage financial strategy to support sustainable operations and service delivery.
