Job summary

Accord CLG in Ireland seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership, reporting to the Board. The role requires stewardship of governance, finances, and quality of services across a nationwide network, driving innovation while upholding Catholic ethos.

The Executive Director will lead the executive team, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensure Accord’s long-term sustainability and impact across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational delivery and measurable change.
• Strong governance, risk and accountability capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Accord’s Strategic Plan and annual business plans.
• Provide timely reporting on performance, risks, finances and delivery to the Board.
• Ensure high-quality, accessible services and continuous improvement across Accord Centres.
• Develop a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and external audits.
