Job summary

The Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Education and Training Board is seeking a Chief Executive to lead the ETB, drive strategic aims, and ensure efficient delivery of its services. The appointee will be accountable to the Board, the Public Accounts Committee and other Oireachtas Committees, with responsibility for performance and governance.

Key duties include developing strategy statements, coordinating executive functions, and engaging with sector providers to advance regional education and training

Responsibilities

• Lead the ETB in accordance with governing acts and policies.
• Provide information and reporting to the Board and Government bodies.
• Develop and submit strategic plans and annual service plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with sector providers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage the ETB management team and resources.
