Job summary

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service (IBTS) in Dublin is seeking a seasoned Organisational Change Lead to drive strategic change initiatives within the Human Resources Department at the National Blood Centre.

You will champion structured change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and partner with the PMO to embed new ways of working, develop internal capability, and ensure benefits are realised across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Masters in Change Management, Organisational Development/Psychology, Business or comparable field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience applying structured change management models such as Prosci ADKAR, McKinsey 7S Model or Kotter in complex, multi-stakeholder environments delivering organisational transformation outcomes
• Experience working with portfolio management to align change adoption with programme and portfolio outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational change initiatives across the IBTS using LEAN principles and best practices
• Collaborate with PMO and stakeholders to embed new ways of working and deliver sustainable change
• Assess organisational readiness, manage resistance, and build internal capability to adapt to evolving needs
