Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong post-qualification experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
• Proven track record in developing and managing a finance team.
• Excellent commercial acumen with hands-on cost accounting and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management and integrity of reporting.
• Lead and develop a small finance team.
• Own ledger structure and monthly reporting for sites, projects and departments.
• Collaborate with project managers on costs and profitability across multiple projects.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
